Position Description
The Associate Director of Development and Director of Annual Givingoversees a two-person team and is responsible for developing, implementing, and organizing creative strategies within Annual Giving. The Director is a strategist, manager, and fundraiser who works closely with leaders in the Pingry community to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external constituents across multiple constituencies. Their ability to deeply understand the community, collaborate with necessary stakeholders, and assess potential outcomes is key to their success in this role. The Associate Director of Development and Director of Annual Giving report directly to the Director of Development.
