Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and shift management.
Duties:
- Manage daily pool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure pool area cleanliness and safety compliance
- Coordinate and oversee poolside events and activities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to optimize pool services
Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or resort industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in events management and coordinating poolside activities
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth operations
- Familiarity with report writing and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of restaurant operations within a resort setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
