We are hiring a licensed financial advisor to join our Tuscaloosa, AL location.

• Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
• Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
• Gather and assess each client’s financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
• Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals

Reliable transportation is a must. This position is not remote.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Life and Health, SIE, Series 6,7, and 63 required by six months of hire

• Have a history of success in a sales environment, competed in athletics, academically competitive, military background, or if you have experience/ambitions of being a business owner
• Experience in a related field, although not required
