$175,000 - $210,000 at plan commission yearly

• Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
• Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
• Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor

• Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential
• Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred
• Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential
• Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital

• Bachelor Degree
• Within six months of hire, the following must be obtained: Life and Health License, Series 7, and 66
• Prior sales experience with proven success is preferred
• If you have the following experience, you may be a great fit: military background, student-athlete, academically competitive scholar, experience in related roles, or if you have conquered & outgrown your current role
