The Piedmont Bank is Hiring a Commercial Loan Officer Near Cumming, GA
- Analyze the credit history of applicants and determine their loan repayment capabilities.
- Negotiate credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications.
- Develop and maintain interest rate structure to be consistent with financial institution policies &
procedures, and to be competitive with current market rates.
- Evaluates potential customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations to management.
- Review new laws and regulations that influence business lending within the financial institution; makes
recommendations to management when necessary.
- Develop new customer prospects and business for the financial institution.
- Attend Officer Loan Committee
- Adhere to all Compliance of the bank including BSA/AML
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
The Lending position is an integral part of our business required to network and interact within the community to development relationships and produce revenue for the bank.
