The Pictsweet Company is growing! Family owned and operated for 75 years, Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots. We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 3rd Shift at Pictsweet's distribution center in Brownsville, TN. The supervisor will oversee and coordinate the warehousing activities; implementing production, productivity, quality, volume and customer service standards within time limits.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy by utilizing PKMS inventory system
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative procedures and adjust existing work practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Manage warehouse personnel
• Design and implement procedures to enhance productivity and maintain cost saving measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience. 

• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity and proficiency with computers including MS Office, warehousing software products, etc.
