Full Time Medical Assistant needed for premier joint replacement clinic of 4 providers.

• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Duties of the Medical Assistant will include rooming and interviewing patients.
• Charting accurate medical data in Epic.
• Assisting with minor in office blood draws.
• Obtaining authorizations.
• Scanning, indexing, preparing surgery packets, assisting with scheduling and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience in an orthopedic surgeon practice is a plus.
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic) preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently within a team environment.
• Must possess a professional and friendly demeanor with our patients, team and our referral sources will guarantee your success.
