• One year of Experience in cleaning/restoration/ demolition preferred.
• One year of Construction experience is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED
• Must have Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must be able to move boxes and household items into storage.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long distances.
• Must be able to work in all-weather elements.
• Must be able to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Must pass a background check subject to applicable law.
• Must be able to stay organized with Inventory, work vehicle equipment, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines
• Work effectively in a team environment to accomplish completing tasks.
• Punctual for work
• You will be offered to take the IICRC training courses after 60 days of employment. Pay negotiations can be made if you already have the IICRC certificates.
• Must be willing to work in all branches of the company including Fire, Water, and Mold.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
