Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our customers.

Duties:
- Prepare trailer for service: hitching up trailer to truck (and vice versa when returning)
- Handle cash & credit card transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, cleaning dishes, taking out trash.
- In charge of front of house, stocking non-food items,
- knowledge of menu items to customers, great communication,
- Must be organized, ability to listen and learn, retain knowledge

Experience:
- Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Square POS
- Strong under pressure, thick skin, great attitude, positive
- Ability to handle cash transactions, multi-task and have excellent customer service
- Experience with trailers, food trucks,
- Experience with a fast-paced environment

No drugs at all!! No drinking!!

Must have your own reliable vehicle to arrive in Payson for your shift.

Days will be Fri, Sat & occasional Sundays. Hours will be typically 9am-5pm some occasional evening events.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
