JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

The Community Service Federal Work-Study Program seeks undergraduate and graduate students to serve as Civic Engagement Ambassadors with the League of Women Voters of Centre County for spring 4, summer 4, and the 4 / academic year.

Civic Engagement Ambassadors will work to support the registration and education of community voters.

This position assumes a commitment of 8- hours / week. Specific days / hours to be determined upon hire. Starting pay rates for the 3 / academic year are $ / hour for undergraduate students and $ / hour for graduate students.

Students from all majors are encouraged to apply.

This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances :

• PA State Police Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
• FBI Criminal Background Check.
