The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary private pediatric clinic in Clinton, MO, south of Kansas City. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of therapists in our Autism Center & Neurodevelopmental Center. Duties:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment strategies- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Skills:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
