Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, upbeat, and upselling VIP Server to join our team. As a VIP Bottle Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an amazing time for our guests who are looking for amazing bottle service, great atmosphere, and an elevated Friday/Saturday night-out! Your main responsibility will be to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages and liquor bottles to our guests while ensuring customer satisfaction. The perfect VIP server is someone who can host responsible, amazing fun for everyone, and if you enjoy working and being "the life of The Peacock party" -- you're the one we're looking for!

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages and liquor bottles to groups of 6 or more
- Hosting an elevated and sophisticated atmosphere while still being candid and lively
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in a nightclub environment
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the restaurant industry is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of handling alcohol
