```Overview```

Seeking an Onsite/Live-in professional and responsible individual or couple to perform all aspect of muti-family apartment units; including turning a unit. Must be A/C certified and basic electric skills.

```Duties```
- Repair/replace plumbing including hot-water tanks and garbage disposals; seat and stem values, replacement of toilet/wax ring

- Painting of units; cleaning; installation of new appliances/fixtures when needed.

- Electrical; replacement of receptacles/switches.

-A/c recharge and diagnosing. Replace condensers and air-handlers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
