The Caddie/Outside Service Team Member will be a very visible employee at The Park. This position will promote a fun and inclusive work environment and will assist in providing a high standard of service throughout the daily operation. The ideal candidate will have an endearing and engaging presence and foster a culture at The Park that welcomes everyone regardless of their social status or playing ability.

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Caddie for customers during their round or forecaddie.
• Assist the Caddie Manger & Golf Professional Staff with promoting, developing, and growing the youth caddie program.
• Greet customers as they arrive at the bag drop & direct them to their destination.
• Driving range operations, including maintaining proper conditions on the driving range tee, picking the range floor, cleaning range balls, pick up empty baskets, educate yourself & customers on Toptracer Technology, etc.
• Washing, staging, storing, charging, preparation of golf carts.
• Handle starting times on the Par 3 & Putting Course.
• Provide top quality professionalism & customer service.
• Assist the Director of Coaching with youth clinics as needed.
• Represent The Park in a professional manner both on & off property.

This position is led by our Caddie Program but also an Outside Golf Operations element. Caddie experience is a plus but is not required. All Caddie/Outside Operations team members must complete the following before being certified to Caddie at The Park:

• Complete caddie training program.
• Pass the caddie training quiz.
• Complete one shadow loop with a veteran caddie.
• Complete one supervised loop.
• Team members may continue to work Outside Operations while they complete the Caddie Training Program but must complete the above requirements in order to caddie.
