The Housekeeper is responsible for the daily upkeep of the apartment community’s common areas consisting of 216 apartments (4 buildings of 54 apartments), and office building.

• Daily cleaning/sanitizing of designated common areas in four apartment buildings, office building. restrooms and amenity areas.
• Stocking and supplying designated facility areas.
• Dusting, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming flooring areas of buildings.
• Daily emptying of trash out of receptacles.
• Cleaning of laundry rooms and trash rooms in all buildings.
• Complete daily check list of tasks
• Some grounds work as needed: picking up trash around buildings; occasionally assisting maintenance staff with snow shoveling sidewalks and steps. Some weeding.
• Miscellaneous tasks related to position.
• The Cleaner/Housekeeper is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols; Supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations of Management, based on the respective operating capital budget and management agreement.

Position Requirements

FULL TIME

• Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm
• Minimum two year’s of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hotel, or facilities janitorial services will also be considered.
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to speak, read and write English well.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
• Positive outlook, interpersonal and communication skills are essential, while displaying a pleasant demeanor.

PAY and BENEFITS

$17.50 per hour
