WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you will provide information and consultation to company members and the I.T. team about how all Pape’ Group dealer business system processes work. This will include delivering training and serving as the liaison between I.T. and key management.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to understand the processes and workflows in the business, including the cause and effects of all major transactions. This includes being able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the connections to third-party systems, both manufacturer systems and software products employed by The Pape’ Group.
You will create and publish readable, easy-to-use documents and flow charts of system processes and their relationships to software applications and update the documents on an ongoing basis to reflect changes and revisions to applications and processes.
You will be responsible for QC testing to determine if a process works and/or how it can be improved. The primary function of QC testing is to not only to “break” the software but to provide input for improvement in the process before general distribution. Any and all bugs found will be reported and fixed before general distribution.
