We offer competitive wages and benefits, tuition assistance and professional advancement programs.Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm OR 7:00pm-7:00amDays: Rotating Schedule (Week 1 = M / T / S / S & Week 2 = W / Th / F)Weekends: Every other weekendLocation: 725 S Pine St, Sebring, FL 33870Compensation: $32.00-$36.00 ($30.00 PRN)Your Role in the OrganizationThe primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.Essential Elements of your Job* Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.* Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.* Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.* Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of our residents.* Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form.
