WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to provide quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations that govern the practice of professional nursing. Our nurses lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions as assigned.
WHAT TO BRING:
Broad based knowledge of nursing practices and clinical standards
Qualifications to practice in the State of Arizona as an Licensed Nurse
An understanding of the role of a charge nurse in a skilled nursing unit
An ability to supervise and partner with our incredible CNA’s and other staff members
Thorough knowledge of State and Federal SNF Regulations
Skill in dealing with geriatric patients and chronic care needs
