Luxury Senior Living Communities In Kendall, Coral Gables & Homestead Is looking for a Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor The #1 Priority of this position is…To coordinate and execute preventative maintenance tasks, oversee, and provide guidance to engineering team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities· Oversee physical maintenance and operations of buildings, facilities and building systems.· Plan, implement, and direct any maintenance preventative programs. · Ensures preventative tasks/maintenance requirements are met to standard.· Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.· Step forth as a maintenance assistant when neededQualifications · 2-3 years of hands-on supervisory experience – hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions & procedure manuals. · Basic to moderate knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, machinery & general maintenance (painting, drywall, tiling, etc.) issues.
