Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor
The #1 Priority of this position is
To coordinate and execute preventative maintenance tasks, oversee, and provide guidance to engineering team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee physical maintenance and operations of buildings, facilities and building systems.·Plan, implement, and direct any maintenance preventative programs.
- Ensures preventative tasks / maintenance requirements are met to standard.·Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Step forth as a maintenance assistant when needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on supervisory experience hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.
The Ideal Candidate
- Resourceful ·Flexible as to work schedule. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, & in emergencies.·Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
