The Paisley Pear in Hays, KS is looking for two bartenders/servers to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 1100 Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaging. Schedule: We have 1 position open Most of the time it will be 1 or 2 nights Tuesday through Thursday. Saturday could be a 10-4 or 4-11 depending on what is going on that day. Try to have schedule out 2 weeks ahead of time will work with schedule when possible. Must be a self starter. Must be able to get along with others. Must Be willing to learn The Paisley Pear way! We are all about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Setting the table
• Knowing the menu and answering guests' questions as they order
• Delivering food to tables
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Making/serving drinks
• Restocking/cleaning up during down time

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills

Experience in customer service is recommended.

Experience as a server is recommended, but not required, as we train on the job.

Wages start at $8.00/hour plus tips! There is room for advancement for those who showcase excellent work!
