Looking for a fun summer job or to make some extra money this summer with a second job? The Paddle Trap is hiring temporary staff to serve our customers during our most busy season! This position is temporary and runs from mid-May through the end of August, with the potential to become a permanent placement is mutually agreed upon.

Our mission is to create a fun atmosphere for staff and guests, making everyone feel like they are on a getaway on the water. With a transparent management and ownership team it is our goal to make sure our staff feels valued and subsequently makes great money by offering amazing service to our guests. We are here to work with you to build the best team environment by reaching goals, earning incentives, and working together .

Runner/Busser Position includes running food from kitchen to guests, clearing tables and taking dishes back to dish pit, getting ice and supplies, and whatever else is needed during a busy restaurant shift. The pay is a base pay of $11 plus tips (the servers and bartenders tip out this position).
