What You'll Do

• SaIes Support: Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting for accounts, cold calling, dropping off samples, conducting intro sales presentations, generating warm leads for the broader sales team, and helping to secure new placements for The Pack Labs product portfolio. You will be working very closely with your Field Sales Executives in helping the Pack Labs achieve key revenue metrics.
• Key Accounts Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned list of key partners within your region, helping the sales team in maximizing the opportunity within or base of top accounts. You will often be the face to the brand within our key accounts.
• Educate & Advocate: Ignite customer enthusiasm through engaging in-store demos and presentations. Educate retail staff, consumers, or distributor sales teams alike on the unique features and benefits of our products. You will be the main force on the ground spreading the word about the Pack Labs products.
• Be the Brand Champion: Own brand representation at industry events, local activations, retail partnerships, and other brand facing opportunities. You will cultivate a positive brand image and generate excitement for The Pack Labs products. 
• Gather Intel & Adapt: Act as a liaison between The Pack Labs and the local hemp/ alternative cannabinoids market. You will gather valuable customer and market insights to inform future sales strategies and product development.
• Execute with Excellence: Help to plan and execute impactful field marketing activations, tracking and reporting on results to optimize future campaigns. You will be an extension of our field sales & marketing efforts.

Position Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field
• 3 months experience as a brand ambassador in consumer products
• Experience in hemp, cannabis, or vape-related fields preferred
• You must have driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, insurance and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within your territory (up to 75% of your time), which may include some overnights.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to set up/break down events independently and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Some college preferred
