The Overwatch Foundation is building out its Microsoft and Google Cloud Systems practice in support of our .GOV Transition Grant. This team will start a the Cloud Systems Team Leader, who will be the first full-time member of our cloud engineering team. This role is intended to grow into leading the future of our cloud deployments and technologies within the Microsoft Azure/M365 and Google Cloud GSuite environments. This hands-on role will be designing, deploying, and migrating environments from legacy technologies into Microsoft and Google technologies in support of email and communication systems migration projects.

In this role, you will be in person, remotely, and virtually assisting Overwatch Staff and Grant Recipients across New Hampshire. You’ll have a primary office location in our Concord, NH office and be able to work remotely up to 3 days a week.

The right candidate for the job will have 10 years of engineering experience creating, migrating, and maintaining cloud environments in Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services and have experience working with Microsoft O/M365 and Google’s GSuite technologies.

Key Experience:

• Experience building, configuring, and supporting O/M365 Environments, including InTune, Defender, Entra ID, and Hosted Exchange.
• Experience creating and configuring AD federated structures for identity management.
• Experience federating AD and Google Cloud for identity management.
• Knowledge of Google GSuite or similar cloud-based productivity suites.
• Experience building and maintaining cloud servers, load balancers, shared storage, and hosted environments.
• Experience with script-based deployment technologies and infrastructure as code.
• Experience defining and implementing cloud security and resiliency in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience migrating large data sets from local storage to the cloud, including email repositories, file sharing, and application services.
• Experience migrating email accounts in Microsoft and Google Technologies using both native applications and third-party applications on desktop and mobile.
• Experience with remote connectivity troubleshooting, VPNs, or Firewall Configurations.
• Experience working in a regulated environment where documentation and change management are required for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience working in an environment support or helpdesk function within organizations greater than 100 users and preferably in a regulated industry.
• At least one certification in Microsoft, Google, ISC2 or CompTIA.
• Certified in Cybersecurity by ISC2 Required (you will be required to pass this upon hire if not already complete)
• Ability to pass a CJIS Level 4 Background Check and Passing Test Score with NH State Police.
