The Outside Life seeks a professional, hands-on Crew Leader. The work performed will be at unique high-end, residential properties. The ability to have a clean appearance when showing up to job sites and be able to hold a professional conversation is a must.

Qualifications

• Must live in Oahu to be considered for this job.
• Driver's License.
• Experience in Landscape Maintenance.
• Must have a working knowledge of maintenance equipment and have the ability to assist other team members on equipment use and, show mastery of advanced landscape maintenance skills such as weed-whacking and hedge trimming.
• Knowledge of island tropical plants and their required care, and irrigation knowledge is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Will supervise and work in all landscape maintenance accounts to ensure that work is performed efficiently and to our standards of excellence.
• Assigns specific work duties as needed.
• Assure that all personnel perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work-related accidents. Hold regular safety discussions and meetings to continually reinforce the safety message.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
