Osborn Engineering is seeking a BIM Technician. This individual will be an integral part of the design team and will collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers of various trades to accurately setup and update Revit models for the project team. Primary focus is on Revit setups and modeling with occasional work in AutoCAD.

Position Responsibilities:
Set up and produce 3D models and 2D deliverables in Revit
Collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes
Aid the project team in updates, model changes, and QA/QC
Ensure drafting and modeling aligns with standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
Accurately incorporate drawing mark ups from project team
Communicate with the internal BIM team to develop and manage modeling and deliverable standards
Create discipline specific BIM modeling content
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Proficient in Revit
Familiarity with Outlook and FTP software
Readily willing to learn new skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple tasks
Work well individually and in a team environment
Complete work in efficient and accurate manner
Maintain positive attitude and good public relations
Excellent organization and time management skills
Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on project requirements
Working knowledge of design and construction industry workflows and priorities
Preferred Experience:
AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit
Navisworks, Dynamo, and Revit API experience are a plus, but not required
Experience in a multi-disciplinary AEC office
Experience with BIM execution plans, levels of design, BIM contract documents, and BIM kickoff meetings
