GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Assist the Medical-Legal Business Manager in a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the IME Care Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Promptly assist with scheduling and all follow-up calls involved, including rescheduling when requested by Doctor or Client
• Assist with specific requests from Doctor’s Assistants/Doctors/Client
• Record all scheduled services (IME, DEPO, NL, PC, etc.) in IME Care Center software, create confirmation letter and invoice and send to requesting client as well as medical expert.
• Create appointment in Medent for IME/Depo – reserve a conference room for Depos.
• Follow-up calls confirming IMEs/Depos
• Follow-up records and payment have been received prior to IME/Depo
• Tag and organize all records.
• Type and edit reports. Proof for accuracy
• Scan requests, confirmation letters, and completed/signed reports into BAM.
• Record all miscellaneous requests in BAM software, create confirmation letters and invoices, send to requesting client.
• Assist with the storage of records.
• Send daily email reminders for upcoming IMEs/DEPOs/PCs
• Maintain New Client List
• Occasionally attend Sponsorship Events

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma, plus at least 2 years experience working in a legal or medical practice.
