Job Summary: 

• We are looking for a certified personal to join our organization and implement training programs for our clients.
• The personal trainer is responsible for accurately assessing clients at the start of their journey, compiling reports, and developing their fitness levels.
• They should be able to assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness.
• To be successful as a personal trainer, you should stay up to date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and provide solutions to your client's fitness needs.
• You should distinguish yourself as an outstanding trainer in a highly competitive market while still being a team player.
• Ultimately, an exceptional Personal trainer will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to add value to a growing organization.

Fitness Instructor Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of fitness programs.
• Assist members in reaching individual goals.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the organization.
• Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions.
• Conduct an initial assessment of clients' body measurements using multiple modalities.
• Monitor BMI and HR on a regular basis.
• Motivate clients who have reached a plateau in weight loss.
• Work closely with our dieticians and wellness coaches to develop multidiscipline plans

Personal Requirements:

Licensure:

• Personal Training Certification from an accredited body within 30days of hire. ACSM, ACE, NSCA is preferred.
• CPR Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current driver’s license is required to travel to assigned sites.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer is a plus

Education:

• College Degree preferable in the field of Exercises Science or Kinesiology. 

Other:

• Demonstrates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written.
• Demonstrates an extremely high level of interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with all.

Requires:

• Ability to issue clear and succinct verbal directions.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• A knack for conducting lessons that cater to all fitness levels.
• Vibrant and personable disposition.
• Ability to motivate and challenge individuals to attain their fitness-related goals.
• Be in outstanding physical shape.
