Overview:

The project coordinator is responsible for the entirety of a project once it has been passed from the sales team. The main focus for this role will be safe and profitable job sites.

:

• Collecting Deposits
• Color Selection with Residential Clients
• Job Walk prior to job starting with crew and client
• Order necessary materials for the job before and during the project
• Accurate tracking of all hours and making changes if needed
• Creating work orders for all residential jobs
• Job Costing all jobs in a timely manner
• Provide updated job schedule to the leadership team by noon on Friday
• Hiring and training of new painters
• Safety plans created before every job
• Lawns Signs/Banner put up at each job sites
• Collecting final checks from homeowners after final job walk
• Daily check ins at every job
• Equipment Tracking, Cleaning and Maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
