Join our dynamic team at The Oregon Painting Company as a Full-Time Seasonal Residential and Commercial Painter. We're looking for skilled and motivated painters to deliver high-quality work for our residential and commercial clients during the busy season.
Position Overview:
As a full-time seasonal painter, you'll be responsible for both residential and commercial painting projects. Your tasks will include surface preparation, paint application, and ensuring a flawless finish. You'll collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results that meet the satisfaction of our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality finish work on all The Oregon Painting Company LLC products.
- Work with the production team to ensure that each product is painted to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Complete all required paperwork for disposal/disposal of product as required by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain equipment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and perform at a high level to ensure that we can continue serving our customers and maintaining our good name in the industry.
- This position requires a person who can work safely in a manufacturing environment as well as maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Required Skills:
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to perform manual labor including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time before or after working on the floor.
- Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift products up to 50 lbs. .
- Ability to wear proper safety gear (e.g., gloves, face shield, hard hat, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic math and attention to detail.
Preferred experience or certifications, however willing to hire enthusiastic candidates who might be new to the field but are eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
