We are seeking a part-time (20-24 hrs/wk) Registered Dietitian to provide high-quality medical nutrition therapy and education/counseling to patients in our Gastroenterology clinic. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.Primary responsibilities include individualized or group medical nutrition therapy; nutrition screening, assessment, intervention, monitoring and evaluation; counseling and education for patients; designing appropriate educational materials and tools for medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education sessions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in out-patient dietetics, training/experience in eating disorders and FODMAP diet, and/or medical nutrition therapy including patients with digestive disorders. No weekends or call required. 

Starting pay range, based on experience: $31.46 - $47.20 per hour

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 50% paid part time employees and 100% for fulltime employees.

Requirements:

• State of Oregon Dietetics license.
• GI Dietitian experience preferred. Training/experience in eating disorders preferred.
• Maintain an active registration with the Commission of Dietetic Registration through required continuing education.
• Maintain an active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact professionally with patients, staff and providers.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and compassionate care in keeping with the mission of The Oregon Clinic.
• Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
