We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology South division located in Tualatin. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, strong typing skills, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of prior medical front office experience, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Primary duties include patient check-in and check-out, chart prep, and answering phones.
Workdays will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Starting pay range, based on experience,
Level I - $18.33- $24.81 per hour.
Level II - $20.17 - $27.29 per hour.
Level III - $22.18 - $30.01 per hour.
Placement within levels based on: relevant experience, clinic roles available, ability to take on additional duties, etc.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience (including answering phones) is required.
• Prior experience with EMR preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attendance and work ethic
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers
