The Oregon Clinic is Hiring a Patient Services Float Pool - Pay Differentials Offered Near Portland, OR

We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Float to work in a variety of assignments and locations around the Portland metro area as part of our float pool. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a flexible candidate with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. Candidates must be willing to travel to NE Portland, SW Portland, Oregon City, Tualatin, and Gresham for work assignments and must possess great customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills. This is a regular, FULL-TIME position and NOT an on-call position. 

Primary duties will include registration, scheduling, referral coordinating, medical records, switchboard, and filling in for our courier.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. No weekends!

Starting pay range, based on experience: $20.17 - $27.29 per hour PLUS pay differentials for being in a float position.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a Medical Front Office role required. 
  • Experience working in a specialty clinic setting preferred
  • Excellent attitude and flexibility
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute throughout the Portland Metro area
  • Strong motivation and work ethic
  • Strong customer service experience and skills
