The Oregon Clinic, P.C. is Hiring a Physician Assistant - Surgical for Neurosurgery (SW Portland) Near Portland, OR

We are seeking a full-time Surgical Physician Assistant to join our busy clinic located at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Building in SW Portland with occasional travel to Providence Portland in NE Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

We are looking for a committed team player to provide high quality patient care in a team setting. The advance practice provider is responsible for specialty care services, including assessing/managing patients and performing first assist duties during surgery. We treat all aspects of neurological conditions and our advance practice providers play a critical role in the care of our patients. New grads welcome to apply! Training provided.

Rotational weekend call position ~every 10 weeks, $1,000 per weekend

Starting pay range, based on experience: $127,645 - $191,468 per year.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and current Oregon PA license
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines
