Competitve Pay Options!!!

• Starting rate at $13.50 per hour, increased to $15 per hour upon successful completion of the CNA classes and $17 per hour upon passing the State Exam!!! CNA class costs and State Exams will be reimbursed in full once successfully completed.

What you would be doing: 

In this role you will directly support the nursing team to provide care for residents by assisting them to start their day with grooming and dressing support, serving meals, light housekeeping of their rooms and items, and engaging residents in conversation and activities.

What your work schedule would be: 

We offer flexible scheduling options of 8 and 12 hours shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents. 

The successful candidate: 

• Preferably has a High School diploma or equivalent. 

• Has patience, compassion, and a desire to care for the frail elderly in a gentle and empathetic manner. 

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members.
