Job Title : Repair Coordinato r / Permanent Hire

$45-55K

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repair Coordinator to join our team. As a Repair Coordinator, you will serve as a representative dealing with internal and external customers, including factories and vendors, on day-to-day business matters.

Your responsibilities will include expediting purchase orders, maintaining the status of all open orders / quotes for customers, contacting vendors to obtain order statuses for jobs and quotes, providing factory support, and researching repair history.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that inside efforts are aligned with the production team. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll do as : Repair Coordinator

• Receive correspondence from external and internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis.
• Task will include RFQ’s, factory support, delivery expediting,
• Research and identify necessary repair parts based off of past histories
• Ensure that inside efforts are aligned with the production team
• Support JHC accounting department with problem invoices, returns, and general customer account information
• Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times
• Work closely with and support the JHC product principals when required to do so
• Attend and participate in required trainings
• Participate in the after hour and weekend On-Call’ rotation
• Procure product and product information for customers
• Be a team player, and work well as a group
• Accurately complete quotes, order entry, and purchase orders
• Always build and cultivate solid relationships
• This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and

pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is

expected.

• Overtime, and after hour work can be required during outage season.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate :

• Industrial equipment environment experience
• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
• BS in a Technical discipline is optimal
• Technical Certification / Degree in an appropriate discipline from a technical organization will be considered
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of repair processes
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
