What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Assistant Plant Manager :

• You'll play a vital role in overseeing production, ensuring exceptional quality standards, and driving operational excellence.
• Assist the Plant Manager in leading a team of production workers
• Coordinate daily activities for production and operations teams
• Support the Plant Manager with all areas of the facility, including production, warehouse, and office staff
• Set and monitor plant performance metrics for production and quality
• Manage inventory control
• Inspect materials and equipment to identify and prevent malfunctions

Work Experience

Are you the right fit?

• You have a proven track record in production, manufacturing, or a related field (with a minimum of 10 years in metal stamping and fabrication as a major plus!).
• You're a metal stamping pro with in-depth knowledge of production tools and equipment.
• Leadership is in your DNA you can motivate and inspire your team to achieve peak performance.
• You communicate like a champ both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise information flow.
