• Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Train new operators on procedures and safety protocols.
