• Night Shift : Work a 2-2-3 schedule with consistent hours (6 : 45pm - 7am)
• Full-time Overtime
• Competitive Pay at $17.00 / hour

What You'll Do as a Kiln Fireman :

• Be the Master of the Flame : Learn the ins and outs of drying and firing equipment, keeping the operation running smoothly.
• Tech-Savvy & Hands-On : Utilize your computer skills to monitor processes, generate reports, and make adjustments. Plus, get your hands dirty with minor repairs using common tools.
• Communication is Key : Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless production.
• Embrace the Challenge : This role is a springboard to learn new skills and broaden your knowledge within the industry.
• Team player : Who has a strong work ethic!

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might :

• Have a strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Be a whiz with minor repairs and machine adjustments
• Have proficient computer skills to keep things organized
• Need to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a willingness to learn and be a team player!
