As an Ōnin Teammate, you'll play a key role in the industrial painting, spraying, grinding, machine op, or sandblasting process, ensuring top-quality finishes for products.

Here's what a day in your boots might look like :

• Master the art of sandblasting and painting, ensuring a flawless finish on every project.
• Collaborate with coworkers to fabricate metal parts using hand and power tools.
• Set up and operate machinery.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, performing quality control checks to guarantee all products meet specifications.
• Keep your work area organized and efficient, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prioritize safety as you work.
• Embrace new challenges and be willing to learn - we'll train the right candidate!

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might :

• Thrive in a hands-on, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Have a strong work ethic and take initiative.
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Have flexibility for overtime.
• Be able to lift 10 20 lbs. repeatedly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Bonus points for experience in : welding, fabricating, cutting, coating, assembling metal parts, and using a sandblast machine.
• Don't worry if you haven't checked all the boxes! We're willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
