What you'll do as : Facilities Maintenance Specialist : Mid-Level

• Scheduling contractors and vendors
• Assisting with internal relocations
• Maintenance and servicing of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC systems
• Training less experienced maintenance specialists
• Utilizing formal training in trades

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might :

• 3 years of data center environment experience
• 1 year of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance in a large campus environment
• Facilities management certification
• HVAC or electrical license
