The Ōnin Group is Hiring a Data Entry Assistant Near Cedar, TX
JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
We have a great Contract to Hire role available with a stable and growing organization in Cedar Park, Tx! If you're a detail-oriented communicator with prior experience in a data entry environment, we encourage you to apply immediately! During the contract period (roughly 90 days) this role pays $25 / hr.
Once transferred to the client's payroll, this increases to an hourly rate equivalent to $60k / yr. This position requires Monday through Friday availability, hours are 9am-6pm (8am-5pm during initial training).
This is NOT a hybrid or remote role.
What you'll do as : Data Entry Assistant
- Entering sales data into in-house software
- Intra office / organization communication
- Ensuring accuracy of sales packet data
- Responsible for the completion of 10-15 sales onboards per day
Work Experience
Individuals should have the following :
- 3 years (minimum) 5 years (preferred) of data entry experience
- Prior administrative and / or office environment experience
- Familiarity with medical coding, insurance billing, or banking a plus
- Must read / write / speak English clearly and proficiently
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
