This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to manage a multi-unit area by driving sustainable growth through your team and Onin systems. This role does require multi-unit experience!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effective utilization of the tools to grow and shape strong client relationships. 
  • Provide consistent support to the team while utilizing Onin’s training model.
  • Drive sales growth by building and coaching a team of Business Managers and Business Development Managers as well as strategic personal sales production. 
  • Ensure branches understand & make use of all their resources, systems and tools.
  • Leverage data to help make decisions and influence others. 
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of A-players to achieve targeted goals.

The Ideal Candidate Might Have:

  • 3 years of experience in multi-unit management
  • 2 years of experience in staffing/HR
  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, candidates, and the general public.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
