The Olive Oil Factory is seeking a full-time Materials Handler to join of Blending/Batch Making team. We are a fast-growing company with a great culture focused on delivering the highest quality oil and vinegar to our customers. . We have an outstanding career opportunity for a driven, successful handler with 1 or more years of material handling/staging/ERP system experience.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 9:30pm with occasional Saturdays, as needed

Full time

General Duties:

• Warehouse Organization-staging for blending, moving materials that have been received by warehouse and distribution and reclassing to assigned raw materials storage while following FIFO.
• Communicate with Lead and/or Manager for daily staging tasks
• Identify locations for staging materials
• Stage and prep necessary materials for blending consumption by following FIFO and verifying correct LOT codes and quanities are correct in the ERP system.
• Assist inventory when needed – locating materials/end of year inventory
• Assist as a backup to the blending department:

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1 or more years materials experience
• 1 or more years forklift experience
• Computer literacy
• 1 or more years ERP use experience, preferred
• Food manufacturing experience, preferred
• Must have a friendly and positive attitude and work well in a team environment
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility
• Must be comfortable working with hairnets and/or beard nets and smocks
• Must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and maintain good attendance
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
