The Position:
We are looking to hire both AM & PM servers with extensive bar experience.
We work in an upscale environment, where our focus is on quality vs quantity.
Requirements :
-1-2 years of fine dining experience
-Interest in learning culinary terms and techniques
-Knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
Duties:
-Taking and serving food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Set up & break down of dining room and bar area
- Maintain table appearance
- Course food items appropriately
- Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks
