Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Stock bar with necessary supplies, including garnishes, glassware, and alcohol
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
- Experience in catering or food service is beneficial
