Job Specifications:

* Housing: May Be Available

* Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

* Shift & Schedule Availability:? Full Time and Part Time. Weekends and Holidays

* Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:

* Make connections with guests and co-workers

* Share our passion for the mountains during service

* Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting

* Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables

* Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day

* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed

* Desire to learn and grow

* Must be able to communicate fluently in English

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

* Work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

* Mountain Activities

* Retail Rental operations

* Food and Beverage Support

* Ticket sales or scanning

* Lift Operations

* Base Area Operations

Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

* Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
