Content Specialist
Join our team as a full-time Social Content Specialist and be at the forefront of shaping the social media presence for our clients in the financial services industry. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, social media expert with strong design skills, creative thinking skills, and stays on top of social media trends.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Design social media graphics across multiple brands
● Copywriting for social media content
● Scheduling and posting social media content
● Maintaining ownership of client load
● Strengthening client relationships
● Collaborating with clients to create custom content
● Ideating new content ideas
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate other marketing efforts like newsletter, video, website, etc.
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of professional social media or related work.
● Demonstrated understanding of social media and content marketing strategy.
● Demonstrated understanding of graphic design principles.
● Ability to assess social media metrics.
● Ability to provide creative design and copywriting solutions for social media.
● Strong communication skills.
● Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients (verbal and written).
● Ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
● Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
● Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
● Portfolio showcasing previous social media content or design projects.
● Bachelor’s degree.
