Your Role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Applications Administrator to join our dynamic information technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting our diverse applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing and optimizing application environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and support various applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Implement security measures to safeguard applications and data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor applications to meet organizational needs
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, with an emphasis on HIPPA
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in application administration to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify, research, and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, assure accuracy & reduce costs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Applications Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications such as
  • ERP systems (Paylocity a plus), CRM software (Salesforce a plus), EMR systems and collaboration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking, and security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant technologies
  • Automation experience
