At The Oars, and under the direction of the Healthcare Director, the Wellness Nurse’s primary purpose and function is the continuous observation of care. This person will advocate for our resident’s health and wellness, manage, promote and coordinate quality care and services in accordance with company, federal, state and licensing regulations.
